Not the only learner on the block
It would appear that I’m not the only person in the world new to flyfishing and I say this like it was some sort of surprise.
Rob Beattie is also learning the art and recording his progress on this blog
I gather that I’m a bit further in my learning curve than Rob, but he’s certainly making the same mistakes I did last winter - only I was fortunate enough to catch a 1.5kg trout on my first outing. I don’t think I need to comment on that.;)
