23-26th of April we will be representing ourselves in Sweden on the yearly spring trip. (Do we ever represent anyone else?)
Mads has booked 3 double rooms at a lovely hostel here
Looks wonderful and can’t wait to go.

With a 6/4 vote, we are  going to Sweden.
Mads will get back with a date when he’s found out about his Ph.D.

So it seems that 5 shrimp want to go to Fyn and 5 want to go to Sweden.

We are getting closer to spring and with spring comes the bi-annual Shrimp journey into the unknown waters of the world.
Last time, we discussed the possible destinations of the upcoming trip and several people made suggestions and volunteered for the planning.
Here are the details of what we might do.

I have prepared a little ZIP file with some Google Earth Placemarks, showing where there’s fishing in the area. I have just included the obvious places, but even so, there are more places than we have time to visit.

We have superb coastfishing in the area, but there has been suggestions of a trip with a boat to try something different and get some Cod. I have looked into this, and it seems that there’s only 2 boats within reasonable driving distance which can cater for that sort of thing. One is fully booked [...]
